Hey, I'm Jessie!
I'm an Isanti County, MN based Portrait Photographer. Being able to capture life's most precious and beautiful moments is something I'm so lucky to be able experience.
Growing up in Los Angeles, I was given the opportunity to experience and be a part of a beautiful culture. Always surrounded by artists, I started to sharpen my skills at a young age. After moving to Minnesota in 2012, I was given my first Point and Shoot camera. I loved how photos didn't just have to be photos, but they could be an expression of self. Into high school, I fell in love with the arts even more. I was heavily involved in band, choir, theater, and art electives. I decided to take a photography class my senior year with one of my favorite teachers. He showed me a whole new world of what you can do with just one camera and creativity. I began to practice Portrait Photography with my friends and absolutely adored it! Conveniently timed, an Isanti local photographer, JoJo's Photos and Studio, had asked me to model for him. After that had come and passed, JoJo had offered me an internship at his studio. Quickly, I became an Alternate Photographer and became a part of his editing team. I quickly came to realize that photography is my passion!
